Chris Coyle is an experienced development manager with a record of delivering complex projects across a range of sectors, from site acquisition through planning and design development to delivery. Vettex is his practice: one principal, accountable for the whole project.

The work is commercial, residential and mixed-use development in Melbourne, Adelaide and on the East Coast. Chris has managed the planning and delivery of projects up to $260m.

He handles the town planning and authority applications, procures the design consultants and the contractor, and runs the commercial and contractual management himself. A client deals with the person who is accountable, not a junior manager, and the relationships with clients, consultants and contractors are his own.
